Shipping Policy
You must be at least 21 years old to order and receive wine by federal law. By placing an order you represent to 4 Seasons that you are at least 21 years old. At time of delivery someone 21 years or older must be present during normal business hours to sign for the package. If no one is available during normal business hours at your shipping address to sign for the package we encourage the package to be shipped to your business address to insure fast, interruption-free delivery. Void where prohibited by law.
Shipping Schedule for Wine Products
For all items other than wine clubs, please allow 10 - 14 business days for delivery.
For Wine Clubs, please allow 10 - 14 business days for delivery. NOTE: For gift memberships, the gift announcement will be processed immediately to notify your gift recipient that a gift from you is on the way.
Gift Notification Certificates are mailed from Illinois therefore delivery will range from 3-5 business days in Illinois to 7-10 business days on the Coasts. Please call customer service at 1-800-842-4050 for Overnight and 2nd Day gift announcement delivery options.

Returns Policy
4 Seasons is 100% committed to the complete satisfaction of our wine customers. If you should ever have broken bottles or delivery problems, please call us at 1-800-842-4050. We will be able to handle any problems with UPS or any other courier within a 60 day period following the expected delivery date. We are not responsible for any package problems after this 60 day period. We will always work to get your problem solved as quickly as possible.
Fine & Rare Wines Policy
Due to the limited availability of our Fine and Rare Wines, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges of Fine and Rare Wines. Once the wine has been shipped from our cellar the sale is final. Read a copy of the fine & rare policy letter that is included in all fine & rare wine orders.

4 Seasons knows that you, our valued customer, care how your information is used and how your privacy is protected. We are committed to protecting your privacy and have created this policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to that privacy. With our statement, we intend to explain how we use the information we have gathered from our visitors, members or customers.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, we require you to provide us with personal contact information including your name, shipping address, billing address, credit card information, email address, telephone number/s, and date of birth. This information is used to process your orders and contact you if there is trouble completing or shipping your order.
Information and Use
We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as processing your order, newsletter subscription or club registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, and providing you with information from and about 4 Seasons brands.
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Your IP address also may be used to gather broad demographic information and to recognize customer traffic patterns and site usage. This information aids us in merchandising and in developing the design and layout of the site.

Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.

We do not share or sell personally identifiable information, but we may from time to time rent your name, address or email address for one time use to reputable businesses that can provide you with valuable offers and information. Opting out of receiving these third party offers is very easy. Just contact us and your request to be processed within 10 days of receipt. We work with certain companies who, in conjunction with their own membership programs or rewards programs, require that we disclose purchasing information about their customers who visit our site through links from the partner sites, or use the partner's credit card to make purchases our site (e.g., to earn points for purchases made on the site through links from the partner site).
